Low Sugar “Sundae” on Saturday ⁣

Easy and Delicious ⁣

1. Choose your favorite low sugar yogurt. ⁣
I like Two Good or any plain greek yogurt. If you need to sweeten, SweetLeaf Stevia drops are ⁣great

Most yogurt on the store shelf has 12 grams of sugar. The highest I have seen is 31 grams- that is almost EIGHT teaspoons of sugar in a very popular yogurt. ⁣

2. Add low sugar fruit. Blackberries. Blueberries. Strawberries. Raspberries. ⁣

3. Granola. There are many low sugar/low carbohydrate options becoming available, just remember to read the label. My favorite options are from https://alldayidreamaboutfood.com/ her Peanut Butter Power Granola or Vanilla Maple Granola from https://peaceloveandlowcarb.com/I always make a double or triple batch! ⁣

Happy Sundae on Saturday⁣!
