Become aware of your food intake and how to lose weight, gain energy, and improve digestion, blood sugar, and metabolic health. You will learn to track your food and strategies to get a restful night's sleep and wake up with energy. With proper sleep, your sugar cravings will start to disappear. You will soon feel your mood and energy improve.

When you understand how much you are eating, you will gain the freedom to start enjoying food and not live in fear that one particular food group will cause you to gain weight.

2. Menopause MINDSET/MOVEMENT

You will begin to see improvements in your metabolic health, and your body will be ready for fat loss and continued improvements in energy, sleep, blood sugar, and digestion. You have the tools to implement consistent change. You understand the amount of food your body needs and have learned portion sizes. Macro tracking ends, and the skill of mindfulness is introduced. Eating mindfully will set you up for lifelong success with your nutrition.

You are now ready to create a plan for a long-term healthy lifestyle. You will have the tools to navigate your peri-menopause nutrition to support your goals through different phases of weight management and health goals. You understand mindful eating and can now implement moderation using daily nutrition commitments. You also understand that you can have peace and satisfaction in the middle—it is magic! You have removed your all-or-nothing mindset for a lifestyle of balance, peace, and success.

My Name is Dana!

I am a Registered Nurse and a certified Health, Nutrition, Mindset, and Menopause Coach.

I have always loved all things sweet—not just food but faith, family, friends, (fantastic) coffee, furry people, and flowers. Fitness can be pretty sweet, too. I finally realized this at age 32! It is never too late to start moving!

My passion for nursing has evolved into supporting health goals and challenges during peri/menopause.

I now combine my love of food, movement, and healthy living to help clients improve their nutrition, lose weight, gain energy, and achieve movement goals while creating an easy-to-maintain healthier lifestyle during peri/menopause.
