đŸ„œI’m sharing again because I would like to encourage you to find something that is simple and repeatable for your first meal of the day.⁣

🍓Rushing out the door with your mug of coffee and no lunch in hand
 It’s not serving you! You get busy at work and barely get a lunch, by the time 5 o’clock rolls around you’re standing in your kitchen ready to eat your arm off or, anything that’s in front of you! ⁣

🍓You do not have to like my yogurt bowl, just find a way to get at least 30 g of protein to start your day. Can you do 45 g? Even better!⁣

đŸ„œI am providing the macros to help you understand that it can be challenging to get protein in. You do not have to track for the rest of your life, but it is such a helpful tool to create awareness! ⁣

🍓I also added half of a Kirkland chocolate chip cookie dough protein bar, because I was still hungry. Please do not go off of the number of calories that I eat for my first meal of the day
 You need to find something that works for you! When I am tracking, my breakfast calories can range anywhere from 300 to 600. Sometimes more. ⁣
