đYou do not have to like my yogurt bowl, just find a way to get at least 30 g of protein to start your day. Can you do 45 g? Even better!âŁ

đI also added half of a Kirkland chocolate chip cookie dough protein bar, because I was still hungry. Please do not go off of the number of calories that I eat for my first meal of the day⊠You need to find something that works for you! When I am tracking, my breakfast calories can range anywhere from 300 to 600. Sometimes more. âŁ
